Q: Could you send your catalogue to us ?
A: Yes, it is ok, but the courier
charges should on the
receipt account.
Q: Could you send the samples to us ?
A: Yes, it is no problem, it is not free in the first time.
We are glad to send samples to the customers for the quality
checking and research the marketing, but we should take some
handling and labor charge in the first time of business. It is
usually is three or four times of unit goods value, and the
courier charges should on the receipt account.
Q: Could you accept OEM orders ?
A: We are welcome customer designs for the special
requirements or marketing, but you should provide your designs,
and it should have copyright , and mold charge for it firstly.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100 to 200 pcs per items, if you order
is lower this MOQ, we would consider to take extra charge for
the mold charge.
Q:What kinds of packaging do you have ?
Normally we could make the packaging for our customers as
following:
Brown Box,White box,Color box,Window Box,Paper,Bubble
Paper,Bubble Bag,PVC,Polyfoam
We could also produce according to the customers'requirements.
Q:What kinds of payment do you do ?
A:Usually we accept L/C at sight or T/T downpayment,the balance
before shipment of the goods, it is our company rules, we can
not revised any more.
Q: What is your ETD ?
A: Usually we can ship goods out within 35 days after receipt
your deposit or original L/C.But it need both of our
cooperation,such as you should provide all the informations(
shipping mark, forwarder ,barcode, etc ).
